About Us

Happy Caregiver was formed in 2020 and has quickly grown to be one of the most prominent workforce associations in the state. Started by the Brown family with just a handful of workers, the association now represents over 400 caregivers. 

HC maintains an education first approach and is committed to extensive training for each of its caregivers. In this way we can ensure not just the quality of service for our patients but also an improvement of quality of life, personal agency and respect for both caregivers, their patients and the communities in which they exist. At HC we recognize the importance of caregivers. That is why we are committed to advocating for all parties involved. HC is an active and growing voice in the health care community, working closely with state and federal legislators, regulatory agencies, and payors to interpret, challenge, or support policies that affect the home care profession.

Due to the complexities of our nation's healthcare system, coupled with the challenges of an ever changing global landscape, we feel advocacy is more important than ever. So whether you're a healthcare provider, caregiver, patient or member of our community we would love to talk to you.
